In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. nix77 operates a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active.

2.2 Residency. The Services offered by nix77 are directed at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Indonesia and that your use of the Services does not violate any local law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your place of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you are authorised to do so and that such person or entity is also bound by this Agreement.

2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on nix77:

• Individuals under the age of 21;
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of nix77 or any affiliated company, and their immediate family members;
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from nix77 or any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in effect;
• Individuals who have been notified by nix77 that their Account has been permanently closed;
• Individuals using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the nix77 Platform at any time. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in all Accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details used for withdrawals. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nix77 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication credentials with any third party. nix77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). nix77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National ID Card — KTP, or passport);
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals.

3.5 Verification Timeframe. Players are required to complete any requested KYC verification within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request being made. Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements may have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete. nix77 reserves the right to extend or shorten this period at its discretion.

3.6 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting nix77 customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4.1 Accepted Currency. All financial transactions on the nix77 Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, bets, and account balances — are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). nix77 does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.

4.2 Supported Payment Methods. nix77 currently supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.

The availability of specific payment methods may vary at any time. nix77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment channels without prior notice. Players are advised to confirm current availability via the Deposit section of their Account dashboard or by contacting customer support.

4.3 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of each transaction. These limits may be adjusted by nix77 at its discretion, including in response to promotional periods, KYC status, or player account tier.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. nix77 aims to process withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts within five (5) minutes during WIB business hours. E-wallet withdrawals to OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) minutes. These processing time commitments are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by banking system maintenance windows, public holidays, or KYC verification requirements.

4.5 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from or withdrawals to payment accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are strictly prohibited and will result in transaction reversal and potential Account suspension.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. nix77 maintains policies to prevent money laundering and fraudulent financial activity. nix77 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to unlawful activity. Players may be required to provide additional documentation to support the source of deposited funds if requested.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. nix77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and slot tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of activation, which form part of this Agreement.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. nix77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once;
• Using low-risk or balanced-betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements at minimal financial risk;
• Exploiting system errors, display bugs, or misconfigured promotions.

Where nix77 determines, in its sole and reasonable discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse any associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the Account involved.

5.4 Promotional Changes. nix77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been activated and accepted by a Player, provided the Player continues to comply with the applicable promotion terms.

5.5 Seasonal Promotions. nix77 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 finals, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures. Such promotions will carry their own specific eligibility criteria and time limits.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the nix77 Sportsbook are subject to acceptance by nix77. nix77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including on grounds of market liquidity, suspected irregular betting patterns, or system errors affecting displayed odds.

6.2 Odds Errors. In the event that odds are displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, nix77 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and to restate the correct odds. Players will be notified of any such voiding, and stakes will be returned in full.

6.3 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are governed by standard international sports betting accumulator rules. If one or more selections within a mix parlay are voided due to match postponement or cancellation, the bet will be recalculated as if that selection were not included. The payout will be calculated based on the remaining valid selections.

6.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at nix77's discretion. Bets confirmed prior to a market suspension are valid. Bets placed after a suspension or during a technical delay in odds updating may be voided.

6.5 Game Results. For casino games, slots, and other RNG-based products, the result determined by the certified Random Number Generator at the moment a game round concludes is final. No claims will be accepted on the basis of post-round display errors or connectivity interruptions that occur after a game round has been completed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nix77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or otherwise access the Platform in a non-human manner;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargebacks, false dispute claims, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sportsbook market;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain;
• Accessing or attempting to access the Accounts of other Players;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the Platform's source code or infrastructure.

8.1 Ownership. All content published on the nix77 Platform — including but not limited to the nix77 brand name, logos, visual design, page layouts, written content, software, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of nix77 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. nix77 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any nix77 content without express written permission.

8.3 Game Content. All slot game assets, live casino streams, and arcade game content available on nix77 are provided under licence from their respective studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. These providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content.

9.1 Privacy Policy. Your use of the nix77 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights in relation to it.

9.2 Data You Provide. By registering an Account, you consent to nix77 collecting and processing the personal data you provide, including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information, for the purposes of delivering the Services, conducting KYC verification, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable regulatory requirements.

9.3 Data Security. nix77 applies SSL/TLS encryption to all data transmitted between your browser or device and the Platform. Player financial data and authentication credentials are stored in access-controlled, encrypted environments. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

9.4 Cookies. The nix77 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state, remember player preferences, and analyse Platform usage. By continuing to use the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.1 Service Availability. nix77 will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain continuous availability of the Platform. However, nix77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. nix77 will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.

10.2 Limitation of Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nix77's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your nix77 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall nix77 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that nix77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of placing bets or wagers on the Platform. You accept full personal responsibility for your wagering decisions.

11.1 nix77's Right to Suspend. nix77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder;
• Regulatory or legal requirements applicable to the Platform.

11.2 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure by nix77 for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where the closure is triggered by confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, nix77 reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance. Where the closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account or apply a self-exclusion period may do so by contacting nix77 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, prevent the Player from accessing the Platform for the duration specified. 12.1 Right to Amend. nix77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Reviewed" date at the top of the document.

12.2 Notification. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — nix77 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause) may take effect immediately upon publication.

12.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 3.6.

13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. nix77 operates under internationally recognised licensing standards and applies its policies consistent with those standards.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or complaint relating to the Services, Players are encouraged to contact nix77 customer support in the first instance. nix77 will use reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

13.3 Formal Complaints. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to nix77's support email address (displayed as plain text on the About Us and FAQ pages). All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated by a senior member of the nix77 compliance team.

13.4 Language. This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
